A: Please refer to your certificate for instructions on redeeming your certificate. Please be sure to redeem your certificate prior to the deadline. We always recommend retaining a copy of your certificate.

A: Any special arrangements are always based on availability; please discuss directly with your travel agent at the time of finalizing your booking. If available, you can purchase upgrades directly from your travel agent.

A: The promotional properties utilized vary from certificate type, destination and season, we always use clean tourist class accommodations. Generally, our promotional accommodations will be similar to a Motel 6 or Days Inn; unless your certificate states otherwise.

A: Yes, before Casablanca Express purchases your vacation, it is necessary for us to finalize your travel arrangements directly by telephone. If your travel agent is unable to reach you in a timely manner, your travel date may be canceled.

A: After finalizing your travel arrangements with your travel representative; all travel packages are sent 10-14 days prior to your finalized departure date. NOTE: If you do NOT have your documents 5 business days before your finalized departure date; please contact us.

A: Once you have a confirmed travel date, a travel representative will contact you directly approximately 6 weeks prior to your travel date. It is required that our travel representative speak directly with you prior to finalizing your travel arrangements. The travel representative will review your promotional travel details and any options that may be available. It is during this call that (if available), the representative will go over different upgrade options. Upgrade options may include preferred flight times, upgrade hotel accommodations and/or extending your stay.

A: Casablanca Express certificates are not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as multiple certificates being used by groups and/or related parties for concurrent or consecutive stays.

A: No, we do not allow travel certificates, specials or different promotions to be combined. Each certificate is for one vacation, at one time and cannot be combined to extend the stay, alter the destination, provide additional accommodations or any other piggybacking or stacking of certificates.

A: Refunds are generally sent within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

A: Yes. All deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your trip before your trip is finalized with your travel representative. Any taxes, fees or other charges that your certificate states are not included will be deducted from your deposit. If you choose to purchase upgrade options from your travel representative, your deposits will be applied towards the cost of the upgrade.
